I know I have been away quite a while. Here are some things you’ve missed

  • Stopped working out/eating right.
  • Hypothyroidism goes unchecked, started meds again a week ago. 
  • Moved in with my boyfriend.
  • Found out he cheated on me a few weeks in November.
  • Struggled with depression.
  • Maintained my weight of 155 pounds.
  • Started my certification to become a personal trainer!
I’m really excited to become certified and look forward to being able to provide people with professional fitness help that is backed by ISSA! Starting Monday I’m going to start exercising and eating right again, for several reasons I am waiting until Monday. Regardless, I’m back!
